Am I interested with Korea?

Due to negative perspectives and assumptions on my interest (K-pop) before, I used to be assumed as someone who blindly like Korea because of Kpop, their never-ending handsome and gorgeous artists. When I like Kpop, they thought that I want to live my life in Korea and marry a Korean guy (I used to have that dream during high school, I USED TO OK) but actually, I'm not. Their assumptions really bother me and unbelievably annoying. It is very lame to think that way. Though I see Korean as a perfect figure and Korea has a fascinating culture, I always prefer my country on any ways.

Do you want to marry a Korean guy?

Besides the fact that Korean guy won't be interested with me, I'm actually not interested to marry foreigner though I'm always envy people who got to marry a Korean like "oh how lucky they are" sort of things. I prefer to meet a guy from my own country with the same culture and religion (the most paramount thing). I will not have any problem with him, maybe the problem is less than if I dated a foreigner. I may be affected by perfect Korean guy in k-dramas but frankly typing, I only see them as a perfect guy on screen. We never know the real them. But I once met a gentleman Korean guy who said, "Ladies first" when we're queuing to buy fast food. From that, I've a good impression on Korean. Nevertheless, I believe that wherever I am, there is always one in a million perfect guy for me (that I haven't found). How you define 'perfect', it is subjective. It depends on how you think, individual's perception. As for me, a perfect guy is someone who perfectly have traits that I want in a guy like as long as he is a kind, soft-spoken, funny and caring guy, he is perfect. Good looks or face doesn't really matter. So, as long as he is compatible with me, I will like him ehehehe I don't know what on earth I'm talking about right now.

Do you want to live in Korea?

If I had ever given a chance to live in Korea, I will think thrice or more to leave my own country because I've an infinite thankfulness and love for my country. The fact that I'm growing up here, my country is like my home which is the nicest and the best place in the world. No matter wherever you go and stay, you will definitely miss your own home. Nothing more comfortable than your own home (country). So, I don't have any thoughts about living in Korea for now even though I used to have a dream to study in Korea back then. I always afraid about how outsiders think about my country and society. I will never meet understanding people more than people in my own community. Because they understand and respect my culture, religion and policy. If I live in a foreign country, they might misunderstand about all that. Then I have to struggle to make them understand. However, if I'm getting a fortune to study abroad, I will unquestionably accept that because I have a thought of exploring the world. You will never want to miss a chance of discovering what's outside.

In the end, I just want to say that please throw away those unreasonable speculations on people who is interested with Kpop when you actually don't know them. Different people, different perception. Just because they like Kpop, you assume that they want to give their all to Korea. No, I believe they will think nothing better than their own country, even there is the slightest hope to visit Korea some day. Train your mind to see the good in every situation.

Drama Review : EXO Next Door

Title: EXO Next Door
Genre: Romance, comedy
Broadcast Channel: LINE (web drama)
Release year: 2015
Country: South Korea
No.of episodes: 16

HI everyone! I should rant about EXO Next Door before Kill Me, Heal Me drama tho because I watched this web drama just before Kill Me, Heal Me. Of course for EXO-L, this is a must-to-watch drama. Just like other EXO-L, I'm really excited when I know that LINE will cast EXO in their web drama. Well, I expect something from this drama like how it feels or how it will be if EXO is my neighbor. This web drama is surely hilarious from their very first episode.

So Chanyeol is a cold person who wants to find back his luck when he lost his necklace given by his grandfather. He ended up staying at his old house/grandfather's house(?). He used to stay there when he is a boy. I didn't expect that he will play as a cold guy when he is actually bright and genial in real life. Chan plays his role very well. D.O. is a gentleman, soft-spoken, kind guy yeah he looks so sweet in that drama jahshsbbxajasjh he acts like the real him. Sehun and Baekhyun are a great duo to add on sense of humor. I thought that the girl, Ji Yeonhee (Moon Ga-young) is completely stranger to EXO. But she is actually Chan's childhood friend. I expect for a fangirl who is completely stranger to EXO because I want to see how is it going if we (fellow EXO-Ls) get EXO as our neighbor. I want to see a fan-exo story who don't know each other from the start.

Cute without trying :))))

Whatever it is, the story is not boring, it is fun indeed! Their never-ending funny scenes make me watched it non-stop (it only takes 4 hours to complete this). I think I am (or we are?) just like Yeonhee who spazzzzzes over EXO oppas and acts immature when it comes to EXO. This drama pictured us (EXO-L) really well kekeke. I really love Sehun and Yeonhee's younger brother relationship. Though people see them as bromance, I see them as friends with a strong friendship (because I dislike bromance). I always excited to watch their scene because they are funny even they look childish. They are stupid but acceptable hahaha. The way Sehun called his friend 'brother' with 'brothaaaa' pronunciation is simply funny.  I can't forget their last scene in the last episode. That was unexpectedly funny and sad at the same time. I'm really touched by their friendship.

This part tho :')

The storyline is okay, so many unexpected scenes such as Sehun told his members that Yeonhee likes Kai. How does it feel to see EXO and talk and clean their dorms and cook for them, HOW IS IT FEELS?! The dream remains a dream. OK. The ending is quiet normal and so-so. But thankfully there is no kiss scene haha. I think my review is so boring when this drama is actually great even it is a short-drama. Sorry for not really explaining the whole story. Just so you know, I re-watch this drama more than twice.

Drama Review : Kill Me, Heal Me

Good evening everyone! I can't remember my last entry about a movie or drama review and any sort of reviews. It's been a while since I write a proper review about a movie or drama. I think Kill Me, Heal Me drama is not an unfamiliar drama especially to k-drama lovers. Kill Me, Heal Me is a hit k-drama in 2015! One of the reasons that I watch this drama is because I'm anticipating for Ji Sung's acting. He is a great actor, that's why I'm determined to give a chance and my plenty of times to watch this drama with no regrets. Tbh, I'm not a drama lover. I'm posting this with spoilers, you better don't read this before watching the drama itself haha. Click the link in the blockquote to download Kill Me, Hill Me with english subtitles.

Title: Kill Me, Heal Me
Genre: Romance, comedy, medical
Broadcast Channel: MBC
Release date: January 7, 2015
Country: South Korea
No.of episodes: 20
Writer: Jin Soo Wan
Directors: Kim Jin Man, Kim Dae Jin
Casts: Ji Sung, Hwang Jung Eum, Park Seo Joon

On the very first episode, I'm a bit confused about Cha Do Hyun's (Ji Sung) personality until I know about his multiple personality disorder. From that moment, this drama become more fascinating, plus it storyline flows quickly so, it is not boring at all (except the company related conversation that I skip those parts). The main character, Cha Do Hyun has multiple personality disorder which he has 7 dissimilar identities due to traumatic past. His past that is related with Oh Ri Jin (Hwang Jung Eum) make the story filled with curiosity till I have a no-ending relationship with my laptop's screen (I spend 2 days to finish 20 episodes). It keeps me wanting more episodes to know the truth. Oh Ri Jin is a psychiatrist who treated Cha Do Hyun. She eventually falls in love with him. Ji Sung plays his role as Cha Do Hyun, Shin Se Gi, Perry Park, Ahn Yo Sub, Ahn Yo Na, Nana and finally Mr. X. I will eventually describe his personalities through some of my favorite scenes okay?

Cha Do Hyun is of course, just like typical k-drama's hero, he is a gentleman, soft-spoken, responsible guy. What makes him worse is his other identities. One of his identities is Shin Se Gi, the wild version of him. Se Gi appears when some situations force him to use violence, to fight violent circumstances. Se Gi for me, even he is kinda gangster-guy, he is a cooler version of Cha Do Hyun because he speaks out everything that he thought and yes, he is more handsome hahaha excuse me. I really really really love a part where he confesses his feelings to Oh Ri Jin. That's the coolest confession that I've ever watched in dramas! Though it is simple, I like it especially when he mentions the date and time. I want a guy from the combination of Cha Do Hyun and Shin Se Gi ha-ha.

This drama has a lot of hilarious scenes. I start to like Park Seo Joon who acts as Oh Ri Jin's twin older brother, Oh Ri On. This is the first time I watch Seo Joon's acting so, I actually don't know him in the first place. I thought that he is BEAST's Junhyung. I don't know, they are look alike at least I think that way hahaha. He reminds me a lot to Junhyung. His character has a lot sense of humor. Furthermore, he is caring, 'someone who will be there for you no matter what' kind of brother to Oh Ri Jin that can make girls want a brother like him. Unfortunately, I'll never have a brother unless brother-in-law in the future. His characters also make the girls' heart melt okay, he is handsome and cool with his spontaneous jokes. To add on the hilarious scenes, Ahn Yo Na who is also acting by Ji Sung, a girl who likes idol, what's funny is she likes Oh Ri Jin's brother, Oh Ri On. I swear Ahn Yo Na and Oh Ri On are funny. I like to replay their part, just to laugh at the same jokes. Ahn Yo Na is kinda typical annoying girl who is crazy over her oppas. I'll laugh whenever Ahn Yo Na calls OPPA~ (and repeat the part, all over again).

Not forget to mention Hwang Jung Eum who acts as Oh Ri Jin. She is so talented, has a great acting skill especially sad scene. Her expression really works, her acting can make me cry okays but to act cool, I always hold my tears during sad scenes. This drama is really sad that I want to re-watch whenever I have leisure time. No wonder it has high ratings. But one thing that I notice, k-drama often involve a story related to the childhood memories. The childhood memories will be bragged to make it looks like a destiny between hero and heroin. I can say that is a cliche k-drama that this character ended up to be someone important to the other character once upon a time. But still, this drama is one of the best dramas that I've ever watched. Oh yes, Auditory Hallucination by Jang Jae In ft. NaShow is my favorite ost in this drama. Don't forget to watch this drama okay? You won't be disappointed because there's a lot of unexpected and hilarious scenes. This drama teaches the viewers to not holding a grudge forever, learn to forgive. You know people say, it takes a strong person to forgive. Lastly, stop looking so much at the past, just focus on your future.
